1. What you are buying

An order produces three versions of the same song, from the lyrics you approve before paying and from the genre, mood, speed, energy, voice and language you choose. The price includes all three (3) versions as downloadable MP3 files.

All three versions use the same lyrics and the same preferences; what differs between them is the music model performance. They are not separately arranged alternatives.

The target length is about two and a half minutes. The exact duration, arrangement and vocal performance are decided by the music model and cannot be specified precisely.

The order also includes a private page to play and download all three versions, the approved lyrics and, if you add one, a dedication.

Your order includes three versions. If a technical failure prevents us from completing them, we retry the missing versions while keeping those already produced. If we cannot complete your order, you may request a replacement or refund under our policy.

2. Lyric review and included versions

You review and approve the lyrics before the audio is produced. That is the moment to fix names, dates and details.

You can listen to and download all three versions. Marking a favorite is optional and reversible; it does not restrict access to the others or generate new audio.

Creative changes after audio production are not included: we do not remake the song because you would afterwards prefer another melody, another voice, another arrangement, or because you want to change the lyrics. Something different is a new order.

This does not limit your rights if the service fails, which are described in the refund policy.

3. Your content and your responsibility

The story, lyrics and dedication you submit are yours and you are responsible for them. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

You may not request imitations of identifiable artists, copies of existing recordings, other people’s lyrics without permission, content impersonating a real person, sexual content involving minors, hate speech or any unlawful use.

We may refuse or cancel an order that breaches the above, refunding it if it was charged and not produced.

4. Rights in the song

You may download and use all three delivered recordings for personal and commercial purposes. To the extent we hold rights in them, we authorize those uses on a non-exclusive, worldwide basis. This permission does not grant rights in other people’s works or voices.

Buying a song does not guarantee that its AI-generated elements qualify for copyright protection or registration. That depends on the applicable law and human creative contributions. You retain any rights you already hold in your original lyrics.

We cannot guarantee exclusivity or absolute originality. The music is generated by an artificial intelligence model: someone with a similar idea may receive a similar song, and the file may carry provider provenance marks.

We do not claim the song is free of any third-party claim. If you plan a significant commercial use, assess it independently.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

You can write your own lyrics or ask AI to help. When you use AI assistance, Google receives your idea and preferences to draft the lyrics. After you approve the lyrics and pay, Google produces the music from them. We use its API through a paid project.

We state this use explicitly on the site, on delivery and in the email. We do not present the song as performed by human musicians.

6. Age and eligibility

SongFactory is for people aged 18 and over. You must confirm your age before generating with AI; minors may not use the service. When purchasing, you confirm again that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter this contract.

7. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment, in Mexican pesos or US dollars, and is the total amount of the order.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

8. Delivery

The song is produced after payment and is usually available within a few minutes. It is delivered on a private page with a unique link and, where email is configured, also by email.

The link is private and does not expire by time, but keeping it is your responsibility. Anyone holding the link can play and download the song.

If production fails, the refund policy applies.

9. Availability and limits

The service depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted. We do not guarantee continuous availability or indefinite file retention; download your song.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of México. Nothing here limits consumer rights that apply to you by mandatory law.

11. Report a rights or privacy concern

If a song affects your rights, email svc@atlantics.mx with its link, a description of the problem, the work or person affected, and your contact details. You do not need to be a customer to report a concern.

We will review the report and may restrict access to the content while assessing it. We will request only the information needed to evaluate the case. Buyer rights concerning incomplete delivery are handled under our refund policy.
