Privacy notice

1. What we process

Your email address, needed to deliver the song and support you.

The content you write: the song idea or story, the musical preferences, the approved lyrics and, if you add them, the dedication and the recipient and sender names.

Minimal transaction data: order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, language and dates.

Your adult confirmation is remembered for 30 days using a cookie required for generation. This is a declaration, not identity verification: we do not request your date of birth or ID. When you purchase, we store the date, language, accepted terms version, and digital hashes of your approved lyrics and idea.

We never receive or store your card details: Stripe handles them directly.

2. Why we use it

To produce and deliver the song you bought, and to handle incidents, replacements or refunds. Basis: performance of the contract.

To enforce usage limits, review requests that conflict with our rules, and handle rights or privacy reports. We keep acceptance records with the order as evidence of what was agreed and to address disputes.

To meet tax and accounting obligations. Basis: legal obligation.

To email you ideas and offers, only if you ticked that box. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Who it is shared with

Google (Gemini and Lyria), to generate the lyrics and the music from your story and lyrics. We use a paid project, where Google states it does not use prompts or responses to improve its products.

Stripe, to process the payment.

Supabase, where the order and the audio file are stored in private storage.

Vercel, where the site runs.

Resend, where configured, to send your delivery email.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

4. How long we keep it

The order, lyrics and audio are kept while the private link remains active, so you can download your song again.

Billing records are kept for the period tax rules require.

Your email stays on the contact list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or objection regarding your data, as well as portability and restriction where applicable.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time, from the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us.

To exercise these rights write to svc@atlantics.mx. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may contact your data protection authority.

6. Content about other people

Your purchase does not authorize us to publish your song, lyrics or dedication in our catalog or use them in advertising. We would ask for separate permission to do that.

If the song is about someone else, include only details you can reasonably share. Avoid sensitive data: health, beliefs, sexual orientation, financial situation, or anything that person would not want in a file.

7. Changes

If we update this notice, the new version will be published here with its date. Last updated: September 14, 2026.
